Selected Project Experience

Provided support for the recommissioning, operation, and maintenance framework of LPG storage facilities across Nigeria. Scope included technical-commercial review, operational structuring, and alignment of maintenance strategies to ensure safe and efficient facility performance.

Led deal origination and commercial negotiations for the revamping, operation, and maintenance of a 25MW gas-fired power plant in Tinapa. The engagement involved structuring a viable commercial framework, stakeholder coordination, and positioning the asset for operational and financial sustainability.

Delivered end-to-end transaction advisory services for the development of CNG and LNG infrastructure, including business plan development, financial modelling, investor engagement, and support in securing funding from the Midstream & Downstream Gas Infrastructure Fund (MDGIF).

Led deal origination and structuring for the deployment of electric vehicles for e-hailing services, alongside the development of supporting charging infrastructure. Scope included commercial structuring, partnership development, and investment readiness.

Prepared a comprehensive deal structure and investment framework to support equity capital mobilization. Scope included structuring an equity financing strategy for signature bonus obligations, developing an investment-ready commercial framework, financial modelling, valuation, and advisory on capital raising strategy.

Facilitated a 5-day intensive CNG training workshop for senior management and technical teams. Strengthened institutional understanding of CNG deployment and supported NASENI's role in advancing Nigeria's gas utilization agenda.

Delivered ESG finance training covering sustainable finance principles, ESG risk integration, and alignment with investor requirements.

Coordinated programme activities including stakeholder engagement, reporting, and technical documentation.

Coordinated the Deal Room at the Africa Climate Forum (Abuja) 2024 and facilitated investor matchmaking and project showcasing at the Africa Green Economy Summit (South Africa) 2024.
